Most items available on brittjackman.com are MADE TO ORDER. Due to the nature of made to order items, refunds and returns are accepted on a case by case basis.

Many of our items are MADE TO ORDER; therefore, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process each order and ship it out. Once items have been shipped, how long it takes is in the hands of the shipping companies, usually about 3 days (depending on where you are).
Most items should arrive within 14 days of purchase. We process things as fast as possible, but we are not responsible for how long the shipping companies take and we make no guarantees.
